Catchin' Up

So we finally got all moved into the new place and our stuff in storage and that was a nightmare, again. But we really needed to move and well Spencer swears that we are NOT moving again until he graduates... I will try my hardest, LOL! I really do like the new place and once it isn't taken over by boxes I think I just might LOVE it.

Alright so catching up...what have we missed...oh right....ALOT

FATHER'S DAY

So Father's day was our first official day in the new apartment so things were a little rocky but I found all of the presents so that was a HUGE plus!

Spencer- I am so proud of all the hard work you put in to being a great dad. The kids always miss you when you are not there and they love when you get home. You have come so far and I am so very proud. I LOVE YOU!

Lukas picked out this card himself. It is a turtle that says I love you this, no this, no... THIS much and the arms keep growing. Spencer LOVED it!

We got Dad (Spencer) some new t-shirts for work, a bookcase for the office and some magazines he loves. I hope we didn't disappoint.

Daddy- I love you so much and cherish all of our Father Daughter memories. You are such an amazing man and I know that my children cherish the moments they have with Papa. You are such a great example and I hope that I never let you down.

4th of JULY

Well the Fourth was quite a bit different this year. We went to Mom's play Hello Dolly in Soda Springs. Dad Bagshaw was in the production and did an AMAZING job. Mom Bagshaw was the producer and put alot of time and effort and energy into the play and it showed. It was GREAT. We enjoyed the show...only down side was no kids were allowed (although there were a bunch there...anyway) so we left the kids with a baby sitter. It was the last night of the play so the fam stayed behind to clean up and I took the kids across the parking lot to watch fireworks. It wasn't traditional 4th enjoyment but it was good.

And THEN we flew to TEXAS!!! We are in Texas now for Garrett's endowment. We are super excited.

Don't worry we are NOT DEAD

Just letting you know we have been moving and hence no blogging. I have so much to share with you all but not the time. But this week I have learned that animals have a death wish. I hit a squirrel on Sunday going to church. I showed up bawlin' and when Spencer asked what happened I told him and he just busted up laughing. Then I dropped my kids off in Soda today and on the way home an ENTIRE FLOCK of birds flew straight into the windshield!!!! Two of them didn't get up and were still on the road when I turned the corner. I just don't get it. Maybe it's me...no wait it is.

Anyway watch out for animals and drive safe!!! LOL.

What the HEY have we been up to??

So it has been forever and a day since I updated this but it has been for a good reason. Well first I got to go to Time Out For WOMEN! It was so amazing and I learned so much. I think the best thing I learned was "If you can laugh at it...you can live with it." I really need to be doing a lot more laughing in my life and not so much screaming. I learned that being a wife and mother doesn't mean Brandee is gone. It just means I have more names and things I get to enjoy. I have tried really hard to listen to myself and catch myself screaming or beating myself up.

Christina was SO excited about the bags we got on Sat. She wouldn't stop talking about them Friday. So I HAD to take a picture of us with them. Christina cut her hair, isn't it CUTE!!!

Next we went on a babysitting spree. First we baby sat a little doggie that looks exactly like my Ebby. His name is Louis (lou-ee). He was FANTASTIC and I think Spencer realized a little doggie wouldn't be so bad. He kinda (without making eye contact) said "So what kind of a dog is that?" I said a Shitzu-Lacrosse mix and he said, "he wasn't too bad." I got a huge grin and he tried SO hard not to smile too. Ohhh, it worked good.

Lukas was afraid that Louis needed someone to nap with and this is where I found the two...under my scrapbokking desk and chair....

Next we babysat Christina and Arik's girls for 3 days so they could handle seriously busy days. Christina was doing basketball and volleyball camps (she coachs both and track, WOW busy girl). Anyway we had SO much fun we went to the park in the rain (it has rained for 13 days straight now) and made bridges and tents out of chairs and blankets. My favorite was the bath time though. They are too much fun.

Brookelyn's hair is too long so it wouldn't stay up and Lukas felt left out so I spiked his hair.

Then just yesterday we went to Rexburg for a baby shower Christina and I threw for our friend Alicia Hemming who is having a GIRL! Anyway I think everything turned out pretty well...

We played the bottle game where everyone gets a bottle and who ever drinks it all first wins. It was hilarious and we had a great time. Here are the black mail photos.

Anyway after the shower we went to RED Robin for Chrsitina's bday celebration. I got the waitress to get a crowd and sing to her. It is my duty as her sister to make her feel SO special! I love you Bow- Happy Birthday!!!

I Live for Moments Like These

This weekend we had our friend Tim over. He is such a great friend and we miss the guy. So he came to visit. We had a good family weekend that was looooong over due. Saturday we went and saw Pixar's UP in 3D. It was very good but such a sad story line but we enjoyed it. Then today we went on a little family adventure up a little valley that follows Gibson Creek here in Pocatello. The kids did great and Spencer was happy to get the time to take pictures. Lukas kept stopping and picking flowers for mommy (brownie points at least I am training him well, girls like flowers!!) MaKynzee liked to do whatever Lukas was. We had fun and Spencer got some amazing shots of the kids and I!

I am so very grateful for Spencer's talent in photography. We get such beautiful pictures and it helps us to get out and be active. Anyway as you can see it was picture perfect day!

WAHOO Spencer!!

Well we are really excited around here. Spencer got the internship he wanted with Premier Technologies!! He is going to be in charge of their IT issues/ problems and gets to play with Dell servers so he is super excited. He is going to be paid so that makes us even happier! The IT guy said that they were super impressed with him and his knowledge so that was a HUGE boost for Sir. I love you Babe! Congrats.

PS: Still no word on the program but we are ok either way at this point.

On the "MOVE" (yes AGAIN)

Well we are moving again. Just down the street but it is cheaper, ya know. It is so hard to just find a good place to live. This new place has 3 bedrooms so Spencer will have his "office" back and some place to run away. I am really excited. The kids love it because it is a basement apartment and so there are no stairs. It is all one floor. SO here we go again....boxes, that is all I dream about boxes and more boxes.

We FINALLY did smores! I was so happy. It is my favorite thing about camping! The kids loved it too.

MaKynzee tried to use Luke's head to cook her marshmallows because the fire was "too hot" I guess Lukas is a "hot head." We were laughing pretty good! She is so funny!

This is right by the Mammoth entrance. Lukas kept calling it a volcano. A woman asked him what he saw when we were coming off the path. He said, "A HUGE white volcano. Watch out." I couldn't help but laugh and the two women where from Asia and just stared, I don't know but I am pretty sure they took him for his word, LOL!
